Hey, I'm Analena!
I help people move from information to intuition.
Through Human Design, Gene Keys, True Sidereal Astrology, and intuitive mentorship, I support people in reconnecting with their inner authority so they can make aligned decisions, trust themselves more deeply, and confidently embrace what makes them unique.
I'm also someone who finds magic in the simple things: a walk in nature, meaningful conversations, fresh homemade bread, a nourishing meal shared with loved ones, and those quiet moments where life reminds us to slow down and listen.
Because in the end, the work isn't about becoming someone else.
It's about becoming more of who you've been all along.

Hey,
I'm Analena!
I'm a highly sensitive, intuitive, and ambitious woman who has spent much of my life learning what it really means to trust myself.
For years, I immersed myself in coaching, Human Design, energetics, nervous system work, healing modalities, and transformational leadership. Every layer helped me understand myself more deeply.
But eventually I recognized something underneath all that self-awareness.
I could know what was true for me and still find it incredibly difficult to follow when doing so meant risking rejection, disappointing someone, entering uncertainty, or being misunderstood.
Like so many highly sensitive women, I had become exceptionally good at reading the room, adapting, and people pleasing. Somewhere along the way, keeping the peace and meeting other people's expectations had often felt safer than fully expressing what was true for me.
And life kept bringing me back to the same question:
Will you trust yourself?
From navigating profound change since childhood to moving across continents right after college, motherhood, divorce, supporting loved ones through serious health challenges, leaving corporate, and building my own business, that question has taken on many forms.
Over time, I came to understand that self-trust isn't something you finally achieve once you know enough about yourself.
It's something you build every time you listen inward, honor what is true, and have the courage to act accordingly.
That realization became the foundation of Authority Expansion™.
Today, as the creator of the Authority Expansion Framework™ and founder of the Intuitive Human Design Teacher Training & Certification, I bring together True Sidereal Human Design, Astrology, Gene Keys, intuition, nervous system awareness, energetics, and embodiment to help highly self-aware women deepen their relationship with themselves.
Through this work, they learn to accept themselves and what is, strengthen the habit of listening to and trusting their own inner authority, and increasingly create, lead, love, work, and live from what is genuinely true for them.
