Hey, I'm Analena!

I help people move from information to intuition.

Through Human Design, Gene Keys, True Sidereal Astrology, and intuitive mentorship, I support people in reconnecting with their inner authority so they can make aligned decisions, trust themselves more deeply, and confidently embrace what makes them unique.

I'm also someone who finds magic in the simple things: a walk in nature, meaningful conversations, fresh homemade bread, a nourishing meal shared with loved ones, and those quiet moments where life reminds us to slow down and listen.

Hey,

I'm Analena!

As a highly sensitive and ambitious women I know what it feels like to be deeply self-aware, highly capable, and still find yourself questioning your own truth the moment expansion requires visibility, uncertainty, or emotional risk.

For years, I immersed myself in coaching, Human Design, energetics, nervous system work, healing modalities, and
transformational leadership searching for the missing piece.


And while every tool helped me grow, I eventually realized the deeper issue was not a lack of knowledge. It was that I had learned very early in life to disconnect from myself in order to feel emotionally safe.

I became exceptionally skilled at reading the room, adapting, over-functioning, and performing competence while still feeling
disconnected internally. It genuinely felt like I was betraying myself because I knew my truth, yet had a hard time to follow through on it as I feared judgement and rejection from others. People Pleasing became my default strategy.

Today I help intuitive, highly sensitive leaders stop organizing their lives around people pleasing patterns and start leading from embodied self-trust. As the creator of the Authority Expansion Framework™ and founder of the Intuitive Human Design Teacher Training & Certification, I combine Human Design, True Sidereal Astrology, nervous system expansion, energetics, emotional healing, and grounded leadership to help women move from Authority Collapse™ into Authority Expansion™.
