Hey, I'm Analena!

As a highly sensitive and ambitious women I know what it feels like to be deeply self-aware, highly capable, and still find yourself questioning your own truth the moment expansion requires visibility, uncertainty, or emotional risk.

For years, I immersed myself in coaching, Human Design, energetics, nervous system work, healing modalities, and
transformational leadership searching for the missing piece.


And while every tool helped me grow, I eventually realized the deeper issue was not a lack of knowledge.It was that I
had learned very early in life to disconnect from myself in order to feel emotionally safe.

I became exceptionally skilled at reading the room, adapting,over-functioning, and performing competence while still feeling
disconnected internally. It genuinely felt like I was betraying myself because I knew my truth, yet had a hard time to follow through on it as I feared judgement and rejection from others.

And I see that same pattern in so many highly intelligent, intuitive women today. Women who already know and feel

so much, yet still hesitate to fully trust themselves when it

matters most.

That realization became the foundation for everything I now teach and guide my clients with.

With more than 10 years of coaching experience, deep immersion in Human Design, nervous system regulation,
energetics, trauma-informed work, and embodied leadership,
I help women move from Authority Collapse™ into Authority
Expansion™ so they can stop organizing life around survival patterns and become fully expressed in their leadership,
visibility, business, and life.

Are the sessions live or pre-recorded?

Both.

All 9 core training modules are pre-recorded and released bi-weekly for structured, paced integration.

All weekly live mentorship calls are recorded and uploaded to the SKOOL portal so you can rewatch or catch up at your convenience.

I’m a beginner. I’m not yet a coach or practitioner. Is this program still for me?
